Home Support is one of the services we offer.
It is open to anyone aged 50+ living in Presteigne, Knighton and the wider communities & surrounding villages.
The service is funded by Powys County Council and you must reside in Powys to access the services for free.

East Radnor Home Support is not a care agency but offers practical support and assistance to support day to day living, enabling people to retain their independence.
How to Access the Service
You can self refer for Home Support by contacting us and one of the staff will make an appointment to visit you at home to explain the service in detail.
Home Support service is FREE of charge.
Services Available
Home Support offers a wide range of services including welfare monitoring telephone calls; at an agreed frequency, referrals to other services such as District Nurses, Powys Social Services, Care & Repair Powys, etc.
We also offer benefits welfare checks and support to complete any benefit claims such as Attendance Allowance.
If we are unable to help we will signpost you to someone who can.
