Care Line
Powys Careline offers a 24 hour, 365 day service giving total peace of mind at the touch of a button. You will automatically be connected to our 24-hour control centre. Your name and address and the details of the contacts you give us will appear on-screen for our team to call.
East Radnor Home Support can be one of your responders and will respond via Care Line.
Our Expertise
Our team of staff are fully trained to respond in an emergency and often ceases the need for an ambulance to be called and thus prevents a long wait for the emergency services to arrive.
Staff are equipped with a Mangar Elk which is specialist lifting equipment designed to lift a person safely from the floor following a fall
Access to Emergency Response
To access the emergency response service you must be signed up to Powys Careline which is administered through Delta Wellbeing.
There is a small ongoing monthly cost for the equipment & service.
